You plan unforgettable destination weddings. We arrange unforgettable travel.

TRAVEL CONCIERGE FOR DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNERS

Travel concierge services by destination wedding experts who know exactly what a premium guest experience is.

Terrazza Travel handles every detail with planner-level care, upgrading the journey to match the event.

Either you’re turning into an unwilling travel agent, or your clients wish you were.

The planning is premium, but the travel part is feeling a bit more DIY than five star.

Maybe you’ve found yourself scouring the Italian countryside for that perfect comfortable-but-not-too-pricey stay for your photographer, checking and re-checking your team’s flight times, and spending hours going back and forth with hotels to arrange discounted room blocks for the guests.

Perhaps you’re already partnering with a travel agent who just doesn’t ‘get’ weddings, or maybe you’ve let your couples handle all the travel arrangements themselves, hoping they won’t notice that this crucial part of their destination wedding is…well, missing.

You’re doing your own elevated service a real disservice if you’re planning spectacular weddings with lacklustre travel support, but finding an extra 100+ hours to improve things is not on your 2026 bingo card.

Whether you’re taking on travel tasks out of a sense of duty or staying hands-off and hoping for the best, the result is the same: a guest experience that doesn’t quite match the magic you’re known for.

You, your clients and your reputation deserve better.

Terrazza is where seamless travel meets showstopping weddings.

We are the concierge that makes your high end destination weddings feel complete, letting the luxury live longer.

We manage every itinerary, flight, and hotel room with the same care you give to timelines and tablescapes, because we believe that guests notice when the travel feels like part of the celebration.

On our watch, everyone is treated like a VIP – your couple, their guests and their suppliers, all given the extra level of attention you just don’t always have time for. We’ll make sure everyone arrives happy and sleeps well, the wedding planner’s ultimate hack for ensuring everyone performs their absolute best.

Whether you white-label us through your own brand or bring us on as partners, you’re benefiting from two decades of combined destination wedding experience. In other words, we know what luxury feels like, and we know how to provide it regardless of wedding budget.

No ulterior motives or hidden incentives.

Just a service that has your clients raving about you even more.

On the Terrazza we handle…

Guest hotel room blocks

We coordinate hotel options and secure blocks that align with what your couples want and need, handling all the back-and-forth and negotiations and working with properties across a range of budgets. Our extensive network of contacts throughout Europe gives us a distinct advantage.

Wedding team travel

We book flights and hotel stays for you and your team, so all you have to do is show up refreshed and ready.

We know sometimes you need to fly suppliers in

Whether it’s a 12-piece band, a photography duo or your HMUA team, we’ll bring them in and put them up somewhere that meets their needs and your budget.

An inbox for all the questions

We can provide a dedicated email address for every travel question, so you don’t have to play customer service rep and guests feel looked after.

Custom travel info for guests

If you’d like us to write the travel section of your couple’s wedding website and include all of the information we’ve found, we can. Alternatively, we can provide a travel info pack to distribute to all the guests – beautifully designed, informative, premium.

Destination country transport

Airport pickups, supplier transfers and even coach travel can be arranged.

Honeymoons and onward travel

We can also work with your couples to plan incredible honeymoons, and support onward travel for guests wishing to stay on to enjoy the location a little longer

Concierge services are available on a wedding-by-wedding basis, which will be individually quoted, or as a yearly retainer to serve your whole season of celebrations.

This isn’t our first five-star arrival

We’re already handling the chaos so they don’t have to:

Real wedding planners are already relying on us to make travel arrangements for their 2026 and 2027 celebrations. They trust us and our destination wedding planning background, our belief that every guest and supplier deserves equal five star treatment, and our promise that we’re not hiding aspirations of downlines or motivated by recruitment.

These are real conversations we’ve had with our wedding planner clients over the past 6 months alone:

Real wedding planners, true stories

LAST-MINUTE LET-DOWN

“The property I’d booked for my wedding planning team of 5 has cancelled on me last-minute and I don’t have time to spend looking for a new one.”

Our solution:

Within 30 minutes we had rebooked new rooms at a better price for the entire team. Stress immediately relieved.

A NICE PROBLEM TO HAVE

“I’ve got 7 destination weddings to plan in 2026, and need to arrange travel for 25+ different vendor types and room blocks at 15+ hotels for the guests. There aren’t enough hours in the day.”

Our solution:

Over the space of a few months, we booked flights, hotel rooms and transfers for all of those 25+ vendor categories, which included a total of nearly 70 individual band members and almost 100 hours of dedicated time. We sourced hotel room blocks, provided information, facilitated bookings and answered questions in a dedicated inbox, communicating directly with guests.

HOTEL HANGUPS

“Hotels aren’t flexible on their terms for room blocks – they’re offering total buyouts or nothing.”

Our solution:

Contacting the hotels and leading with our travel agent accreditations allowed us to negotiate, bringing down the total number of required rooms and securing tweaks to the fine print that made a huge difference to the guest experience.

Luxury isn’t one-size-fits-all, and neither is our pricing.

For hands-off travel support for your whole wedding season, we have an annual retainer option which is ideal if you book multiple destination celebrations throughout the year.

This starts from £5000 for up to 5 weddings in a calendar year, but if you need more than this we are happy to quote bespoke.

We’re very transparent about our pricing model, and in some cases our commission relationships with hotels mean you can also earn from our bookings.

Partial returns of up front fees and staged commission splits are available subject to certain conditions, which we’ll lay out clearly for you after our consultation.

Terrazza Travel is here to support you, and we lead with honesty, experience and a genuine wish to help you elevate your service to your wonderful couples.

Our concierge travel support is built on a commission-based model, whereby we earn through our agency systems for booking certain items on your itinerary. Whether you find your hotel rooms through a well-known booking engine or through us, this commission is already built into the price – we’re not adding anything on.

In order to provide a full travel concierge service and secure flights, transfers and other non commissionable items for you, we charge an up front fee which starts from £1500 per wedding. We will provide a custom quote based on what you need, as each wedding is unique and requires a considered approach.

We get you, because we ARE you.

Terrazza Travel was built by a destination wedding planner and a travel pro who have both been where you are – behind the scenes, and the clipboard.

Questions in your carry-on?

HERE’S EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU DEPART:

“What’s the difference between white label and partner style at Terrazza?”

White label means we operate under your brand – you outsource to us, but everything the client sees looks as though it comes straight from your team. Partner style means bringing us on like a supplier, introducing us as your trusted travel concierge, and we work alongside you. Both options get the same high-touch service, but it’s up to you how you want us to show up.

“Who pays for your service, me as the wedding planner or my couple?”

Our fee structure is designed so that you can handle this whichever way you prefer. You can either consider us a business service or include us in the wedding budget – from our side, it works just the same.

“Do you have preferences for certain hotels because you earn better commissions?”

No, never. In the same way you’d never recommend a supplier based on your own personal gain, we only book accommodations that are the right fit for the couple, their guests, their suppliers etc.

Because we are fully qualified and certified in the travel industry, we have access to booking systems that operate much like the ones you’re used to using for yourself – it’s just that the built-in commissions are redirected to us, rather than the big corporations. Our priority is best fit for the wedding, not shopping around for the best deals for ourselves.

“Is this one of those travel agent MLMs?”

We are not here to recruit you, sell you a side hustle or do anything other than provide professional travel concierge services. We’re real travel experts serving wedding planners, with zero fine print and no weird surprises.

“What if we just need help with guest travel, not suppliers? Or vice versa?”

We’re flexible in our support, so if all you need is guest travel services then that’s what we’ll provide. However, most planners do come to realise that supplier travel is actually where things can get chaotic, and we’re pros at both – treating vendors like VIPs (without overspending!) is our thing.

We’ll listen to your needs and provide a bespoke quote for tailored services, adjusting our fee structure as necessary.

“Which countries do you support weddings in?”

We cover all of Europe and the UK for destination weddings, but if your wedding is taking place elsewhere in the world, please let us know – we’re fully equipped to go wherever you go!

“Can my couple and their guests contact you directly?”

Absolutely. We can provide a dedicated inbox for your couple and their guests to contact us with any travel queries, and if your couple would like to work with us directly that can also be arranged. We’re flexible with what you need.

“Do you just book the travel, or help with issues too?”

We don’t just set it and forget it. As accredited travel agents we have all the necessary insurances in case something goes wrong (like a hotel closing down, for example), and we support in real-time with hiccups. We’re prepared to rebook, troubleshoot and advise, and will help to solve any issues that may come up.

We also liaise with hotels about rooming lists, special requests and last-minute details, and if you’d like to have someone on the ground throughout the wedding weekend we can provide this too, for an extra cost.

“How early do we need to book you?”

Ideally you’ll contact us as soon as you’ve confirmed the location of the wedding, but you can get in touch at any point when you’re ready to start travel planning. If you’re already midway through and have realised you’d like some support, don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll see where we can seamlessly fit in.

Let’s make travel the easiest part of your next destination wedding.

Whether you’d like us invisible in the background or introduced as part of your dream team, your couples (and their suppliers) will feel the difference.
